- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Processed the next business day.

- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)

- Take photos of any damaged item/box and notify us within 7 days at support@yardmatesupply.com.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
9. Missing Items
- If something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the missing item(s).
10. Return and Refund Policy
- Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer pays unless item is defective or not as described
- Refunds: Processed within 5–14 business days of receipt
