Customers in the United States may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging and accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Email us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Authorization & Instructions
We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. A prepaid label may be provided depending on eligibility.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Items must be packed securely with all original contents and shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

  • Company-Paid: If the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error
