Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of physical products made through the YardMate Supply website located at www.yardmatesupply.com ("Website"). Policies for digital products sold through separate checkout platforms (e.g., SamCart) are reflected in our general return exceptions below.

3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order unless otherwise stated under a brand-specific policy.
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must include original packaging and accessories
- A valid proof of purchase is required
4. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Authorization & Instructions
We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Items must be packed securely with all original contents and shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Paid: For change-of-mind returns
- Company-Paid: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Change of Mind
- Eligible if returned within 30 days of delivery
- Refund will be issued minus shipping/restocking fee (if applicable)
6.2 Defective/Damaged Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
- Full refund, replacement, or parts will be provided depending on the issue
6.3 Incorrect Items Received
- Notify us upon receipt
- We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item
6.4 Lost Shipments
- Contact us if your item hasn’t arrived in the expected timeframe
- We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund
6.5 Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Full refund
- After Shipment: Follow standard return process
7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards (if offered)
8. Refunds
8.1 Conditions
- All items must be inspected and approved before issuing a refund

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after approval
8.3 Partial Refunds
- May apply for incomplete, damaged, or late returns
9. Exchanges
- We replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Customer covers shipping if exchanging for preference-based reasons

Please Note: Most returns are sent directly to the brand or warehouse that fulfilled your order. Do not return items to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Estimated return shipping cost ranges from $10–$25, depending on item size

15. Brand-Specific Policies
In addition to our general return and warranty policies, YardMate Supply honors the individual return terms and warranty coverage of each of our authorized brands. Please review the specific terms below that apply to your SuperHandy equipment purchase:
SuperHandy – Return & Warranty Policy
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: 15% applies for buyer’s remorse (non-defective) returns
- Gas-Powered Equipment: Returnable only if unused and unfilled (i.e., no fuel or oil has been added)
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, refurbished, or discontinued products are final sale unless defective
- Damages or Defects: Must be reported immediately upon delivery with photos; replacements or refunds issued after inspection
- Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. SuperHandy provides prepaid labels for approved returns
SuperHandy – Limited Warranty
- Coverage: 1-year limited warranty on mechanical and workmanship defects from the date of original purchase
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper use or installation, unauthorized modifications, or external/environmental damage
- Claims Process: Contact YardMate Support to initiate a warranty claim. We’ll coordinate with SuperHandy to issue replacement parts or a full product replacement when applicable
SuperHandy – Shipping Notes
- Fulfillment: Orders may ship from SuperHandy’s Amazon fulfillment network. This ensures fast delivery and reliability.
- Shipping Times: Typically 1–4 business days within the U.S. Delays may occur during peak seasons
