1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between YardMate Supply ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt for one-time purchases.

3. Invoicing

  • Invoices are issued upon order confirmation.
  • Invoices are delivered electronically to the email provided during checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details.

4. Late Payments

  • A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
  • Service will resume upon receipt of full payment including any applicable late fees.

5. Disputed Charges

  • Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Please email disputes to support@yardmatesupply.com and include your order number and a detailed explanation.

6. Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds or credits are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes.
  • Tax-exempt customers must submit a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • We correct billing errors promptly upon discovery.
  • Overcharges will be refunded or credited; undercharges will be invoiced.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • You may cancel by emailing us 30 days prior to the renewal date.

10. Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
  • We do not store your credit card information.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website at www.yardmatesupply.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to billing issues.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 6 months.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
